We operate as principal investors who purchase properties for our own investment portfolio or for assignment to other investors.

2.2 Legal Structure

Renowned Real Estate is a trade name and division of RobGen LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company. All contracts and agreements are executed by RobGen LLC or its assigns.

3. Services Provided

In double-close transactions, we may purchase the property and immediately resell it to another buyer. This is a legal and common practice in real estate investment.
